You can ask a question and submit a ticket to us by clicking on the Help Chat icon located at the lower right portion of the Paxful page.
The Help Chat icon is also available in our Help Center, at the lower left part of the page.
Open the HELP CHAT ICON
- By clicking the Help Chat icon, you are presented with several articles, and to narrow it down, type in your concern in the search bar, as shown in the screenshot below "Search for help".
- Select the article of concern and check out the details.
- At the bottom of the page, you will be asked if the article has been helpful or if you need more assistance.
- If you're concern has been answered after reading the article, click the "Helpful" button. Otherwise, click "Not helpful" so we can further assist your concern by submitting a support request ticket.
