How to Contact Support

Paxful has an amazing customer support team to provide immediate assistance for all sorts of questions. 


Contact us via the Support widget

You can ask a question and submit a ticket to us by clicking on the Help Chat icon located at the lower right portion of the Paxful page.

The Help Chat icon is also available in our Help Center, at the lower left part of the page.


  • By clicking the Help Chat icon, you are presented with several articles, and to narrow it down, type in your concern in the search bar, as shown in the screenshot below "Search for help".

  • Select the article of concern and check out the details.
  • At the bottom of the page, you will be asked if the article has been helpful or if you need more assistance.

  • If you're concern has been answered after reading the article, click the "Helpful" button. Otherwise, click "Not helpful" so we can further assist your concern by submitting a support request ticket.

Fill out the necessary details to help us better understand your concern.

Select the specific topic you need help with in the drop-down under "What can we help you with?"

  • A more specific list of categories then appears to narrow down your concern
  • Once all the necessary fields have been filled out, click Send," and we'll send an update via the email you used.


  • Type in a detailed description, and/or a direct question that you think we should know. You can also attach proof of your claims if needed.
  • Be as specific as possible. Sample information that you can provide in the message are as follows:
    • Trade ID's
    • Transaction ID's
    • Screenshot or video recording of your claims
    • Links
