- To begin, enter your Paxful username. Make sure to provide accurate information to help our team assist you more effectively.
- You can ask PaxBot any questions about your Paxful Wallet, trade activity, or other related topics.
- PaxBot can also help you create support tickets for account recovery, trade disputes, and other issues. These tickets are linked to your account and the specific problem you're experiencing.
Note: Please avoid creating multiple support requests for the same issue, as this can slow down your support response time.
If PaxBot is unable to resolve your issue, you can initiate a live chat or send a support ticket with Paxful’s customer support team by selecting “This did not help me resolve my issue.”
