Why can't I access Paxful website?

There could be several reasons you're unable to access the Paxful website. First, check the message displayed on the site for a specific explanation. If no clear reason is given, try these basic browser troubleshooting steps:


📱MOBILE DEVICES


Android (Google Chrome):

  1. Open Chrome and tap the three vertical dots (top-right).

  2. Go to History > Clear browsing data.

  3. Under the Basic tab, select:

    • Browsing history

    • Cookies and site data

    • Cached images and files

  4. Tap Clear data, then reopen the Paxful website and try logging in again.


iOS:

  • Safari:

    1. Go to Settings > Safari.

    2. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.

    3. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.

  • Chrome:

    1. Open Chrome and tap the three vertical dots (bottom-right).

    2. Go to History > Clear Browsing Data.


💻 MAC or PC


Chrome (Mac):

  1. Press Command + Shift + Delete.

  2. Click Clear Data.


Chrome (Windows):

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.

  2. Set the time range to All time, check Cached images and files, and click Clear data.
