There could be several reasons you're unable to access the Paxful website. First, check the message displayed on the site for a specific explanation. If no clear reason is given, try these basic browser troubleshooting steps:
📱MOBILE DEVICES
Android (Google Chrome):
Open Chrome and tap the three vertical dots (top-right).
Go to History > Clear browsing data.
Under the Basic tab, select:
Browsing history
Cookies and site data
Cached images and files
Tap Clear data, then reopen the Paxful website and try logging in again.
iOS:
Safari:
Go to Settings > Safari.
Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.
Chrome:
Open Chrome and tap the three vertical dots (bottom-right).
Go to History > Clear Browsing Data.
💻 MAC or PC
Chrome (Mac):
Press Command + Shift + Delete.
Click Clear Data.
Chrome (Windows):
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
Set the time range to All time, check Cached images and files, and click Clear data.
