Offer owners can now schedule when their offers are visible to the public, eliminating the need to manually deactivate them before logging out. This guide will walk you through how to set and manage working hours for your offers, as well as how to view them on an offer from your trade partner.
Managing Offer Working Hours
To set or adjust the working hours for your offer, follow these steps:
1. Start by creating or editing your offer as you normally would.
2. In Step 3 of the offer creation flow, find the Working Hours section under Advanced Options. From the Your Time Zone dropdown menu, select your preferred time zone.
3. Select or deselect the days of the week by clicking on them.
4. Click on a time box to choose when your offer should start and end each day. This defines the hours your offer will be publicly listed.
5. Complete the offer creation or editing process, then click Create or Update Offer to save your changes.
✅ Additional Tips:
Offers will be inactive on any days that are not selected.
To set different hours for each day, enable the Custom Schedule toggle and adjust as needed.
To apply the selected schedule to all your existing offers, turn on the Apply to All Offers toggle.
To remove a schedule and start fresh, click Reset Schedule.
Viewing Your Trade Partner’s Working Hours
To check the working hours for a specific offer, follow these steps:
On the Offers List page, locate the offer you're interested in and click Buy or Sell, depending on the type of offer.
On the offer details page, scroll down to find the Offer Working Hours section.
